The novice Shin Dhammaloka returned to Kushinagar after the rain retreat was over to consult with Saradawpharagree on a number of matters pertaining to the promotion of Buddhism in Nepal. Before he went back, he went through a higher ordination ceremony in Varanasi at the Migadarwoon Temple conducted by his mentor Saradawgree Ashin Chandramani. As a fully-fledged Bhikkhu, he was seen travelling to and fro between Nepal and Kushinagar, India to carry out his tasks for the Buddha Sasana.
The next time he came to see Saradawpharagree, he brought with him three Nepalese girls, three Nepalese women and a young man. When asked why they were there, Ashin Dhammaloka explained that the women needed to play their part and he asked whether Saradawpharagree could kindly arrange for them to be sent to the Dhammasari Nunnery School in Akyab.
In response to Saradawgree's letter, Dhammasari and all the people 'of Akyab told him they would be pleased to accept the Nepalese. Delighted, Saradawpharagree sent a total of eight people, Ashin Dhammaloka and the seven Nepalese, to Akyab by ship. Dhammasari and many people from Akyab were there at the jetty to receive them and gave the visitors all necessary assistance to make them feel welcome. Ashin Dhammaloka requested the Dhammasari Nuns to train the seven as necessary, including instruction in reading and writing; he then returned to Kushinagar. After two years of training, the seven returned to Saradawpharagree in Kushinagar. There, Saradawpharagree blessed the four women and they became nuns and put on nun's robes; the four were named `Arrati, Warati, Withakhar and Thusitar' respectively. The two girls and the young man remained as lay people. However, they remained as enthusiastic as ever to carry on their duties for the Buddha Sasana in Nepal.
